Terms & refund policy

Flash sells access to a media streaming service. Each order provisions a single line for the duration selected at checkout. Sharing a line across multiple devices at the same time may cause it to be suspended.

Delivery. Orders are set up within 2 to 10 hours of the payment being confirmed on-chain. Details are shown on the order page and emailed to the address supplied at checkout.

Refunds. Because activation is irreversible, paid orders are non-refundable once the subscription has been created. If a line cannot be created, contact support@ipflash.uk and the payment is returned in full.

Support. Setup help and stream issues are handled by email at support@ipflash.uk. Report outages with your order reference so the line can be checked on the panel.

Acceptable use. Redistribution, resale or public rebroadcast of a line is not permitted and results in suspension without refund.
